Beauty Boss PRO is a SaaS Subscription service provided by The BRITT Collective, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to, accessing or using our services, you (“User,” “Client,” “Member,” “Subscriber,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided
Beauty Boss PRO provides training and a CRM automation platform (Dream Machine) designed to assist Beauty Consultants in managing and growing their Businesses (“Services”). Services are available to paying Users only.
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Each User may add a limited number Users for assistance or administrative purposes according to the number of users allowed on their chosen subscription plan.
All training materials, templates, scripts, social media templates, CRM snapshots, and related resources are for the exclusive use of the paying User are copywritten uner the legal ownership of The BRITT Collective. All rights reserved.
Exception: Unit training materials may be shared with a User’s direct Downline or adopted Downline within their Organization only.
Software Access License
The Dream Machine platform is provided as a licensed software service. Purchase of a subscription or promotional pass grants the user limited, non-transferable access to the software and associated resources during the active subscription period.
Access may be suspended or terminated upon cancellation, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
3. Promotional Pricing & Special Offers
All promotional codes, discounts, flash sales, and special event pricing are offered for a limited time only. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all promotions expire at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT). The Company is headquartered in Naperville, Illinois, and all promotional timing is governed by Central Time, regardless of the User’s location. Expired promotions will not be honored.
90-Day Dream Machine Pass
From time to time, The BRITT Collective may offer a 90-Day Dream Machine Pass, which provides temporary access to the Dream Machine platform and associated templates and resources for a fixed period of ninety (90) days.
The 90-Day Pass is a one-time promotional access period and is not itself a recurring subscription.
At the end of the 90-day period, the account will automatically convert to the standard Dream Machine monthly subscription at the then-current monthly rate unless the user cancels before the renewal date.
Users will receive reminder communications prior to the conversion date.
Promotional Eligibility
Promotional offers, discounted trials, and access passes are intended for new accounts only unless otherwise stated.
Customers who cancel an existing Dream Machine subscription and create a new account in order to obtain a promotional offer understand and agree that:
• a new and separate account will be created
• existing account data will not be transferred to the new account
• previous configurations, automations, contacts, domains, phone numbers, and customizations will not be migrated
• The BRITT Collective is not responsible for transferring, recreating, or restoring any account data from a previous account
Customers choosing to create a new account to participate in a promotion do so with the understanding that their prior account and any associated data remain separate and will not be moved or duplicated.
The BRITT Collective reserves the right to deny, cancel, or modify promotional access if promotional abuse is suspected.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions:
Users may cancel their Subscription at any time. ALL cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the Upgrade/Cancel request form located on the SUPPORT page of our software. Access to the Dream Machine software and it's contents will be available to the User until the end of their billing cycle.
Any discounts, specials, or promotional offers used for the original Subscription are void upon cancellation. All future Subscriptions will be subject to current pricing and may or may not include promotional offers.
Trial Period or 90-Day Pass Subscriptions
Dream Machine PRO subscriptions may include either a trial period or a 90-Day Pass promotional access period, depending on the offer selected at checkout.
Trial Periods
If a trial period is offered, the User’s payment method may be authorized but not charged during the trial period. At the conclusion of the trial period, the User’s payment method will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee (monthly or annual) shown at checkout unless the User cancels prior to the end of the trial period.
If cancellation occurs before the trial period ends, no charge will be made and access will expire at the conclusion of the trial period.
90-Day Pass
If the User purchases a 90-Day Dream Machine Pass, the User’s payment method will be charged the promotional pass price at the time of purchase. The 90-Day Pass provides full access to the Dream Machine platform for ninety (90) days.
At the end of the 90-Day Pass period, the User’s account will automatically convert to the standard Dream Machine monthly subscription at the rate shown at checkout unless the User cancels prior to the renewal date.
If cancellation occurs before the end of the 90-Day Pass period, the User will retain access until the pass period expires and will not be charged for the subsequent subscription period.
If cancellation occurs after the pass converts to a paid subscription, no refunds or credits will be issued, and access to the Dream Machine software and its contents will remain available to the User until the end of the current billing cycle.
Billing Authorization
By purchasing a Dream Machine subscription, trial, or 90-Day Pass, the User expressly authorizes The BRITT Collective, LLC to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the applicable fees associated with the selected offer and any subsequent recurring subscription charges unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
The User acknowledges that the pricing, renewal terms, and billing frequency are clearly presented during checkout, and that completion of the purchase constitutes agreement to those billing terms.
Reminder communications regarding upcoming renewals may be sent as a courtesy, but failure to receive such reminders does not waive the User’s responsibility for managing their subscription or canceling prior to renewal.
5. Refund & Credit Policy
Dream Machine PRO Subscriptions are access-based Subscriptions, not usage-based services. By enrolling, Users receive immediate access to proprietary software, systems, templates, training, and digital resources.
Concierge fees are separate from Subscription fees. Any Concierge Set-Up Services purchased along with the original Subscription purchase are terminated upon Subscription cancellation. Future Concierge Set-Up Services must be purchased separately and are billed at current pricing.
Membership Fees are Non-refundable
Once a Subscription charge has been successfully processed (following any applicable trial period), all membership fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, including but not limited to situations where the User:
Does not log in or access the platform
Does not use, implement, or complete any training or materials
Cancels after the billing date
Forgets to cancel prior to renewal
Experiences dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations
Fails to apply a coupon, discount, or promotional code
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. However, previously processed payments remain final, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
The Company does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods following trial conversion.
Limited Credit Considerations
If a material delay in platform access occurs due solely to Company-controlled technical issues that prevent the User from logging in or using the software, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a prorated account credit for affected Membership fees. Such credits will not be issued as cash refunds and will be applied only toward future Subscription payments.
Additionally, if a User is inadvertently charged for multiple active memberships under the same ownership, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit of up to one (1) month of duplicate membership fees toward future Subscription payments. No cash refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
All credits are discretionary and do not constitute a waiver of this policy.
Concierge Services Refund Policy
Concierge Set-Up Services are separate from Subscription fees and involve dedicated manual labor, contractor allocation, and technical implementation performed on your behalf.
By purchasing Concierge Services, you acknowledge and agree that all concierge setup fees are non-refundable and non-creditable under any circumstances.
Because concierge resources, contractor time, and account preparation begin immediately upon purchase, refunds will not be issued — including but not limited to situations where:
You choose not to complete or submit required setup forms
You delay participation or onboarding
You do not log into your account
You cancel your Subscription
You decide not to use the service
Cancellation of a Subscription does not entitle you to any refund, partial refund, or credit for Concierge Services.
All Concierge Service purchases are final.
Access-Based Subscription & User Responsibility
Subscriptions are billed as access fees, not usage fees. The Company and its Team are not responsible for delays, interruptions, suspensions, or paused usage caused by the User or third-party service providers (including but not limited to Project Broadcast, GoDaddy, Zoom, mobile carriers, or messaging aggregators).
This includes, but is not limited to:
Delays or rejections related to A2P 10DLC registration
Carrier review, approval, or compliance requirements
Messaging ramp-up periods, throughput limitations, or temporary carrier restrictions
Account pauses or limitations imposed by mobile carriers or messaging providers
Compliance issues related to User-submitted information, messaging content, or opt-in practices
The Company does not control carrier approval timelines, messaging delivery rates, or enforcement actions by third-party providers. Any delays or limitations related to SMS or messaging services do not constitute a failure of service and are not grounds for refunds, credits, or charge reversals.
Users are responsible for submitting accurate information, following all messaging compliance requirements, and allowing sufficient time for carrier approval and ramp-up processes.
Membership Upgrades
Each Subscription includes one (1) upgrade per term at no additional administrative cost.
Upgrading from LITE to SPARK, or SPARK to IGNITE results in an immediate charge for the price difference.
If the one included upgrade has already been used, an invoice for an additional $50 administrative fee will be issued to the Client. Upgrade will be completed once payment has been received in full by The BRITT Collective, LLC.
Non-Refundable & Non-Credit Eligible Purchases
Refunds and credits are not available for:
Subscription fees after trial conversion
Concierge Set-Up Services
Additional Concierge Service Sessions
The 12-Month Social Media Content Calendar
Stand-alone trainings & courses (bundles or individual micro-lessons)
Seminars, webinars, virtual events, masterminds, or in-person events
Messaging credits, wallet deposits, email credits, SMS/MMS credits, auto-replenishment charges, and any usage-based messaging transactions, including but not limited to WhatsApp messaging, Ads Manager messaging, AI usage, and third-party application usage
6. Failed Payment Process
This Failed Payment Process applies only after a Subscription has converted from a trial to a paid plan.
First attempt: If a recurring Subscription payment fails, the sub-account will immediately be placed on PAUSED status. While the account is paused, the User will not have Access to our Services, including the Dream Machine platform, content, and associated features. Access will not be restored until payment is received in full.
The Billing & Subscription Manager will be notified and the payment processor will automatically attempt to process the payment again on the next Business day. At that time, the Billing & Subscription Manager may contact the User to suggest available options.
Second attempt: If the payment fails a second time, the sub-account will remain on PAUSED status and the payment processor will attempt a third and final charge on the following Business day.
Third attempt: After three (3) unsuccessful payment attempts, the system will automatically CANCEL the User’s sub-account. This action will terminate access to the Services, including the Dream Machine platform, content, and associated features. Any and all discounts, promotions and coupon codes associated with the original Subscription will be considered void. At that time, the User may purchase another Subscription at current Subscription pricing. No unused Concierge Services fees from the original Subscription may be applied to the new Subscription. However, Concierge Services may be purchased at current pricing available to assist with the set-up of the new Subscription.
7. 1:1 Additional Concierge Services
Stand-alone 1:1 sessions with the Director of Concierge Services or other Team Members are billed at the applicable hourly rate at the time of booking. These services are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. These fees are paid directly to the Concierge providing the service and are not associated with The BRITT Collective, LLC in any way.
8. User Conduct & Restrictions
Users may not:
Resell or distribute Dream Machine PRO features or content from their Beauty Boss PRO Subscription at any time (except approved Downline training)
Share templates, scripts, or CRM snapshots with competing Businesses
Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or deceptive practices
Community Code of Conduct
Encourage and uplift others
Offer constructive feedback
No hate speech, harassment, or bullying. This extends to ANYONE associated with or contracted with The BRITT Collective, LLC.
Violations will result in immediate removal without refund or return of content, contacts, automations created by User, etc . Any and all copyright laws apply and Violators will be prosecuted to the full extend of the law.
Account Access
Dream Machine accounts are licensed for use by the individual purchaser or the purchaser’s business. Accounts may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred without written permission from The BRITT Collective. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property & Access Rights
All materials are the intellectual property of The BRITT Collective, LLC. Access is Subscription-based and ends at the end of the current billing cycle.
10. Marketing & Testimonials
Testimonials submitted may be used for marketing purposes and become Company intellectual property. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on User implementation.
11. Financial & Legal Disclaimers
No earnings or success guarantees are made. Users assume full responsibility for Business decisions and outcomes.
12. Data Collection & Privacy
User data is collected solely for internal Business purposes and is not sold or shared. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
13. SMS & Messaging Compliance
Users are solely responsible for compliance with all state and federal messaging laws. The Company assumes no liability for violations, penalties, or damages. That being said, The BRITT Collective has done their due diligence in creating content for and advising Users to be mindful to obey all State and Federal laws pertaining to non-solicitation.
14. Messaging Credits, Wallet Billing & User Responsibility
Dream Machine PRO utilizes a prepaid messaging credit wallet for SMS, email, and related communication services. Messaging credits are consumed based on usage and carrier rates and are separate from Subscription fees.
User Responsibility for Credit Management
Users are solely responsible for:
Monitoring their messaging credit balance
Understanding credit consumption rates
Maintaining sufficient funds in their billing wallet to support messaging activity
Managing auto-replenishment settings, if enabled
The Company does not monitor, manage, or guarantee messaging credit balances on behalf of the User.
No Refunds on Messaging Credits
All messaging credits, wallet deposits, usage charges, and related transactions are non-refundable and non-creditable, including but not limited to:
Unused credits
Failed or delayed message delivery
Messaging interruptions due to insufficient credits
Carrier filtering, throttling, or compliance-related pauses
Account cancellation or suspension
Once credits are purchased, deposited, or consumed, the transaction is final.
Understanding Credit Usage
Users are responsible for understanding how credits are used across SMS, email, workflows, automations, and broadcasts. The Company is not responsible for unexpected usage caused by User-created campaigns, workflows, triggers, or automation settings.
No Service Guarantee Based on Credit Availability
Insufficient messaging credits may result in delayed, paused, or failed message delivery. Such occurrences do not constitute a failure of service and are not grounds for refunds, credits, or charge reversals.
15. Dispute Resolution & Charge-Backs
Users must contact [email protected] before initiating a charge-back. Unauthorized charge-backs will result in permanent termination without the option to rejoin.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Parties agree to attempt mediation prior to litigation.
17. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its Contracted Workers, Affiliates, and Leadership Board.
18. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified via email within 7 days of material changes to these Terms of Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
19.Independent Business & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
The Dream Machine and Beauty Boss Pro are products and services created and operated by The BRITT Collective, LLC.
These products are designed to support independent beauty consultants and direct sales entrepreneurs in organizing and automating aspects of their business operations.
The Dream Machine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any Direct Sales company.
Any references to a specific direct sales company, consultants, directors, or related terminology are used solely for descriptive purposes to indicate the type of independent businesses that may benefit from the tools and resources provided.
All trademarks, service marks, and company names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
Users of the Dream Machine are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the policies, guidelines, and agreements of any third-party companies with which they are associated.
