Does this integrate with Mary Kay InTouch?
No, not at this time. We are actively looking into options for that in the future. However, we’ve set up automations to minimize manual data entry from InTouch, making it as simple as possible to transfer what you need.
I’m not tech-savvy—will this be hard to learn?
Nope! We designed this to be as easy as possible.
✅Your system comes preloaded with templates and scripts, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
✅Your personal concierge will handle setup and guide you step-by-step.
✅ You’ll receive training videos and a checklist to walk you through everything.
We’ve done the heavy lifting—you just follow a simple checklist to personalize your account!
Can I add my assistant or team members to my account?
Both Spark and Ignite plans have space for you to add users like your assistant to help manage your business on the Dream Machine. As for team members, if you would like to give multiple consultants and directors in your downline access to the Dream Machine we recommend our legacy plan.
Can I connect a custom domain name that I already own?
Yes you can connect as many domain names as you'd like to the platform and we also have the option for you to purchase your a domain name if you don't have one through our system. Your concierge can help you with both these processes.
I currently use Project Broadcast (or another texting platform). Can I keep my number?
There are a few options for this.
1️⃣If you specifically have an account with Project Broadcast you can just integrate your Project Broadcast account with the Dream Machine and use your Project Broadcast number right on our platform (you'll continue to pay your Project Broadcast subscription).
Right now, it's only Project Broadcast that directly integrates but we are hoping to have more options soon!
2️⃣You can port your existing number (from any SMS platform) and use our SMS subscription and the credits we provide every month (2-4 week transfer time)
3️⃣You can purchase a new number through the Dream Machine and use our SMS subscription and the credits we provide every month.
What if I don’t like it? Can I get a refund?
You can cancel anytime, and your access will continue through the end of your billing cycle.
🚨 Refund Policy: Once your concierge begins setting up your account, we do not offer refunds (basically once you submit your Concierge Setup Form you are no longer eligible for a refund)
However, if you request a cancellation within the first week and your concierge has not started your setup yet, you may request a full refund.
We are committed to ensuring you have everything you need to succeed with the Dream Machine!
Are there any outside platforms I still need?
The only thing you will probably need is a video call platform if you do virtual appointments (most people use Zoom).
Also, if you decide to use Project Broadcast™ for your SMS credits instead of the Dream Machine credits (recommended) then you'll want to keep/purchase a plan with them as well.
Other than that, everything else is included! If you want to integrate with additional platforms, the Dream Machine connects to Zapier, allowing you to link it with thousands of other software tools.
I see you use Go High Level as your parent platform. I already have a GHL account—can I transfer my work or get your templates?
Yes! You have two options:
1️⃣ Purchase our templates as a snapshot for a one-time fee to import into your existing Go High Level account.
2️⃣ Transfer your existing Go High Level subaccount into the Dream Machine while keeping all your work intact.
I already use a bunch of free/cheap tools—why pay for this?
Great question!
DIY-ing everything means piecing together a dozen different tools like: Calendly, MailChimp, Google Forms, Zapier...
With the Dream Machine, everything is in one place, and you don’t need to connect or juggle multiple platforms. You’ll actually save money & time because the Dream Machine replaces those tools.
What if I don’t have a Mary Kay™ business? Will this work for me?
Yes! While our pre-built system is designed for Mary Kay™ consultants and directors, the Dream Machine is a fully customizable business automation platform that can work for any network marketing, coaching, or service-based business. If you need customization, our team can help!
How long will it take to get set up?
Setup takes 1-2 weeks, depending on how quickly you complete your personal setup tasks (filling out a form, connecting accounts, etc.). The rest is handled by your concierge!
What isn’t covered in my subscription?
Your subscription covers EVERYTHING you need to run your virtual business—except for:
✅Communication credits you use for SMS & Email. (Varies)
✅The cost of a unique Domain name (you can connect an existing one if you already have one) ($10-$15/year)
✅A2P Registration fees charged by government agencies to use SMS to send promotional text messages. (~$25)
✅Additional (optional) upgrades such as Ads Manager, Your own app, and Wordpress. NOTE: none of these are necessary to run the system we have built for you.
✅Third-party software you choose to integrate (like Project Broadcast and Zoom).
I already have a lot built on another platform. How easy is it to transfer?
You can directly import:

🌍 Websites & Funnels from: ClickFunnels & Wordpress
Our included concierge service sets up your plan’s initial templates, but if you want additional customization or a full transfer of past work, you can hire a concierge for an additional fee.
What if I don’t like your scripts or templates?
No problem! Everything is customizable—you can edit scripts, tweak automations, and adjust workflows to fit your business.
I have a large unit/area. Can I make this available to my consultants?
Yes! We offer a Legacy Plan, which allows you to onboard your own consultants into their own accounts. (Schedule a call above)
Is there a referral program?
Yes! You can earn credits toward your membership fees by referring others to the Dream Machine.
What happens if I cancel? Will I get to download my contacts?
Yes, you will be able to export all of your contacts before canceling.
If you’re transferring to another Go High Level account, we will even help you move all of your work to your new account by creating a snapshot so nothing is lost.
Can I use the program on mobile, or do I have to use it on a computer?
You will need to use a browser on your computer to build and customize your Dream Machine system.
However, once everything is set up, you can manage your entire business on the go using the Lead Connector App on your phone. 📲 With the app, you can:

👉Run your business anytime, anywhere
Does Beauty Boss Pro integrate with ProPay™?
No, the Dream Machine does not integrate with ProPay™.
However, you can easily integrate Stripe, Square payments, and PayPal for secure and seamless payment processing.
💡 Stripe, Square payments, and PayPal allow you to:
Accept credit card payments directly from invoices
Process one-time and recurring payments
Track and manage transactions in one place
If you need help setting up payments, our concierge team will walk you through it during your transfer.
Can I skip the Concierge Setup fee and do it myself?
Yes, you can choose to set up your account on your own by opting out of the Concierge Setup during checkout. However, please note:
👉DIY setup is only recommended for advanced, tech-savvy users.
👉You’ll be responsible for configuring everything yourself—including automations, phone setup, domains, calendars, and integrations.
👉You will not receive personalized tech support—only basic assistance for login, billing, or access issues.
👉You will only have access to the Go High Level knowledge base articles for troubleshooting.
⚠️ If anything is misconfigured during your DIY setup, you are solely responsible for the outcome. The Dream Machine team is not liable for errors or issues caused by incorrect setup by DIY users.
If you change your mind later, you can still purchase Concierge Setup—but it will be at full price, so we highly recommend taking advantage of the discounted rate during checkout if you think you may need support!
